How OmniRove is provided.
What OmniRove is
OmniRove is a mobile data collection app for field inspections, audits, surveys, service records and operational reviews. It is operated by Waphi Systems (Pty) Ltd and provided to clients under signed project agreements.
Account model
OmniRove access is provisioned by Waphi Systems for clients with active projects. End users (field assessors, supervisors, administrators) sign in with email-based accounts created in their organisation's workspace. There is no public self-signup; access is by invite only.
Acceptable use
OmniRove is provided for legitimate field data collection and operational work. Users must not:
- Use the app to collect personal data outside their organisation's lawful purpose.
- Attempt to access workspaces, records or accounts that are not theirs.
- Reverse-engineer, redistribute or clone the app.
- Use the app to violate applicable laws, including privacy and data protection law.
Suspected abuse may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Client data ownership
Client data — form submissions, photos, GPS coordinates, signatures, records and any other content captured through OmniRove — remains the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Waphi Systems processes client data only to provide the agreed services and on the client's instructions. Handling roles for that data (Waphi Systems as operator / service provider, client as responsible party) are described in our Privacy page.
Service availability
OmniRove runs as a managed cloud service. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it available, but we do not offer a formal uptime SLA on the standard tier. Formal SLAs are available under Enterprise arrangements and are quoted per project.
Updates and changes
OmniRove receives ongoing updates. We notify clients of material changes that affect form schemas, sync behaviour or data export formats. Routine bug fixes and minor improvements ship without notice.
Termination & data offboarding
Either side can terminate an OmniRove project with the notice period agreed in the project contract (typically 30 days). On termination we produce an offboarding export of records at no extra cost. Data is retained on our side for a limited period after the project ends, then deleted. Specifics are agreed in the proposal.
Liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question, in line with standard professional-services practice. Specific limits and indemnities are set out in the signed proposal.
Governing law
OmniRove projects are governed by South African law unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
